1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the lg444 platform and users ("Members") who access our services through the website, mobile version, or any other channel.

By accessing the lg444 website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any discrepancy in translation or interpretation, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use services at lg444, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a resident of a region where accessing online gaming services is not legally prohibited.
• You may only hold one account registered in your own name and with your own details.
• You may not play on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
• If a previous account of yours was closed by lg444, you are not permitted to create a new account.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled, and any deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect that a third party is using your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

lg444 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from methods registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

lg444 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. lg444 reserves the right to hold transactions if any discrepancy is found between the deposit and withdrawal methods.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses must be used within a specified time period; expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, device, or IP address are not allowed.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• lg444 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; funds earned from bonuses are only withdrawable after wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed at lg444 are considered final. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error is identified. Betting market outcomes are determined in accordance with the relevant rules of the event in question.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events:

• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If an event takes place on a different date than originally scheduled, the outcome of the bet will be determined according to the relevant market policy.
• lg444 will not be held responsible if a live bet is voided due to a connection failure.

6.3 Casino Games

The outcomes of slots, live casino, and other games are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). If a technical error in the game software causes an incorrect result to be displayed, lg444 reserves the right to correct the result in accordance with the relevant game provider's records.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or providing them with access to gaming.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing coordinated bets or intentionally opposing bets to earn bonuses ("bonus abuse").
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Creating an account using false information or another person's identity.
• Hacking, cyberattacks, or any unauthorised technical interference.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving abusively toward other members.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

lg444 may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the support team. Withdraw your balance before closing the account, as recovering the balance of a closed account may be complicated afterwards.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• Financial losses from betting — which occur at the member's own risk.
